Activity for Sophia

We are having about 100 wedding guests, and of that 100 there are maybe five single women (I'm one of the last to get married). I know tradition is to have a bouquet toss, but is it even appropriate if there's only two single women at the wedding?

We are getting married next October in Louisiana with a New Orleans style wedding. Guest count is 100, and I'm drawing a blank on wedding favors. Trying not to break the bank, stick with our theme, and being original has me stuck. Any suggestions?
