We've started wedding planning for our DW in Miami. We will have the ceremony on a Saturday and reception on the Sunday (both in Miami). We wanted to keep the ceremony intimate but we're wondering if it's ok to invite people just for a destination...

Since I'll be having a destination Indian wedding, I'm looking for wedding planners who can do DoC and also negotiate with vendors and manage them. I'd like to keep wedding planning services to no more than $2K for full wedding planning....
