My cousin is my planner..She lives in orlando and we have different scheduals so it seems when i call her she have to call me back(she never do) i end up calling her and getting the same responce..I really need help with plans now and only my maitron...

I schedualed an engagement dinner (sit down) for the 28th of this month but i have no idea what all we are suppose to do..would it be tacky to just let everyone mingle like a get together?

I started my guest list for the wedding but im have a very hard time getting my future HB start his list..i've also tried calling his mom but still no luck..any suggestions?
