Activity for Bella

Is there a way to make “choose a menu” a required option before people submit their RSVP? I’ve had a couple people say they didn’t see it, and while I don’t mind reaching out to get clarification, it would be great if I didn’t have to.

I’m trying to change it to something more generic so my guests can put the name of their plus one there or so they know to type any dietary restrictions in there. Looking for something like “Comments” but I don’t know if I can change it?
