We have 65 guests over 21. Our 'Signature drink' is 1/4th wine, 3/4ths hot apple cider. The caterer asked me how much mulled wine to make [in gallons] and I have no idea. We have a beer and wine bar. The wedding reception is 4 long, including dinner....
