Hey ya'll, I can't decide if I want to hire a planner or not. Did any of you hire one? Did they actually do anything that you couldn't have done yourself? I've heard that a planner can help save money. Is that true? Please, share your wisdom!

Has anyone tried taking a supplement or vitamin for their hair and nails? Anything out there that I should try (or avoid)?
