How much do you plan on spending for your big day? FH and I have budgeted $12,000.00 but I would love to go under that but as of right now we're looking at even more then we planned. Any advice or tips on how to keep cost down?

Me and FH are a little disappointed with the choices we have for venues. It's making it extremely hard to actually chose a place when we are not 100% about any venues we have seen. Anyone else have or had this issue?
