Has anyone ordered a dress from Elas Dress?

Earlier this evening I posted a " Help me find this dress" discussion. Someone helped me locate the dress but it is from Elas Dress in Singapore. Have any of you ordered from Elas or any other online dress shop and not tried the dress on?
