Lance and I have been together for 4 years. Lance came into my life when I needed him most. If you know me, then you know that over the last 4 years I have went to school while continuing to work full time. Lance entered into my life just shortly after this journey began. Without him I couldn't have accomplished my goals. It was the most stressful time of my life and he was such an amazing support system. I'm very certain that I was an emotional wreck the last four years and at times probably an absolute monster, but Lance stuck by my side through it all. He pushed me to accomplish everything I set my mind to, while also distracting me from the stress of it all. When one adventure ends another begins. I graduated in May from UT Martin and went to the beach the following week with my dad. Lance just started a business last year and stays busy, so he wasn't able to go with us. On the last day of our trip, after working all day the day before and driving 8+ hours to the beach, Lance surprised me with the best proposal I could have ever dreamed of!! I couldn't ask for a better person to share my life with. The last four years have put our relationship to the test with me going to school and Lance starting his own business. I always tell him that no matter what life throws at us, I think we can handle it after everything we've been through in the first four years. Things may have been stressful at times, but it didn't stop us from having fun. From numerous trips to Windrock, weekends at the river, to spontaneous trips to Gatlinburg. I am very thankful to experience this crazy thing called life with Lance and I can't wait to see what this next chapter holds for us!
