Ladies, why are veils SO expensive? Where did you all get your veils? Any good shops on Etsy? I need an elbow length in ivory veil and preferable with beading around the edge.

I am trying to paint the inside of glass bottles. We tried acrylic craft paint, it worked. However we need to paint 25 bottles and the amount of paint this would require would be pricey! We tried exterior paint from Home depot and it will not adhere...
