Activity for ErinBoulter

So I have been taking my measurements lately since I'll be staying dress shopping soon and I'm totally lost. I have done research on how to do it but yet it keeps telling me I would be in a size 16! This can't be right. I'm 5'4 144lbs size 7 jeans...

So I have a year to lose weight and look my best any ideas on great workouts and diets that I will for sure stick to over this next year?
