So you make requests for a honeymoon but if you dont get enough donations to actually go do you still get the money?

I have been trying to grow my hair out since I got engaged a year ago. It just wont go past a certain point. I have thought about clips ins if it comes down to it but that's an extra expense I can do without. Does anyone have any tips on growing it...

With my venue having everything in a package I havent had much to worry about. But now I am stressing out that I am missing something. Shouldnt I feel more frantic or is it still too soon to really be worried about anything. I have a week at the end...
