Ideas for US or local countries honeymoons warm, but not a lot of water? (Not Florida)

Wedding in November. Don't want to be cold (prefer 80s) during honeymoon, but don't want to lay at the beach everyday. Any ideas for not too expensive, US or near honeymoons? Would love all inclusive, but ok if not.
