I have searched through almost 2500 dresses from different designers from Portuguese to Brazilian designers and absolutely nothing. I know this dress exist because of the picture. If anyone has any other ideals how to find this dress, please let me...

I have searched for this gown and I'm at my wits end. I'm saying yes to this dress, only I don't know where it is or who designed it. I would really and truly appreciate any help locating this gown
