Lumpy waist in dress
Help, friends! The waistline of my dress is oddly lumpy. Any advice on how to fit it? Add boning, undergarment, etc? I tried loosening, tightening, and every combination in between and can't smooth it out. 😂 Thank you!! 😀😀
