Hey April! So sorry you’re dealing with DOC stress :( feel free to reach out to me if you need any advice or sympathy... we had tons of problems with our DOC but unfortunately she also worked for our venue so we couldn’t get out of using her or having her at the wedding. She ended up causing more problems and confusion on the wedding day than if she hadn’t been there at all! If I were you I’d try to get out of your contract or at least just not have her at your wedding. Someone like that is bound to just get worse. It stinks when you feel not valued by someone you’re paying a ton of money to! Hopefully she will give you at least a partial refund.
