Should the parents of both side be invited to the rehearsal or just the weeding entourage excluding parents???

We are having the rehearsal from 11am to 12 noon and goin to eat after that? Should we (bride and groom) pay for the dinner or not? For the wedding party?

Venue is good to use for 10 hours. Mother insists on starting early like 2 hours after venue is open for us ro set up. No advance set up... Set up and breakdown is included in the 10 hours? More prep time or more breakdown time??? Don't want to pay...

Mom's paying for the wedding. We have the money in hand, should we pay it in full right away or do a payment plan? Any advice?
