I’m having trouble picking between an open bar or a cash bar. I don’t want my family to pay for alcohol at my reception but on the other hand, my fiancé and I are 20 and cannot drink anyways. Does a cash bar seem like the better choice?

My fiance and I are planning a courthouse wedding but what happens there? Are we able to opt out of the vows and just legalize it? We would much rather say our vows in a church but because of the Navy we won’t have time for a religious ceremony.

Do we really need an engagement ring AND wedding band? We are getting married at the courthouse and I’m wondering if we can save and buy only the wedding band.
