Hey there! I’ve recently gotten engaged and we’ve decided on July 13th! For the others getting married on this day, what do you all have done?

This will be my second marrige. Is it still tradition for my dad to walk me down the aisle or should I walk down on my own?

Our wedding is July 13th and we leave for our honeymoon on August 9th (Mexico). Do you recommend I wait to change my name until we get back? They said I could get a new passport with my name change in 2-3 weeks, but that’s kinda pushing it I think....
