Adding bell sleeves to my dress?
I got my dress yesterday and the sleeves are the only thing I’m not super crazy about. Its not a huge deal but if possible, I would love to make them into bell sleeves starting at the elbow. My wedding is October 12th of this year. Am I crazy? 😂...
