Activity for Senequa

Okay so I have literally a year and 5 months til my big day! which is plenty of time but also alot to get done so I would have my ducks in a row Anyways when should I send out Save the Dates? or do i have to send them out at all? isnt the invitations...

Which do you think is best? Hiring a decorator or doing all or some decorations? if you choose some like doing the center pieces yourself and wedding decortator does the rest

Does anyone know of a reasonable,let you bring your own food, outside reception, byob venue lol no but really!!
