What are some good ideas for bridesmaid gifts? Does the Matron of honor get the same gift? When do you give them their gifts? Also when is the best time to do the bridal luncheon? THanks for your help!

I am having my wedding in December 2010 in North Carolina. Just wondering if I could get away with an outside ceremony. The winters are pretty mild and sometimes can even be in the 70s on Christmas day. What do you think?

How should invitations be written for divorced parents? Do you send invites to parents and bridal party? Not really sure about any of the invitation guide lines.

Just wondering what is the best way to deal with this. My Mom is the difficult one. Whats the proper way of seating them at the ceremony and the reception? My dad is remarried and my Moms not. Any suggestions?
