My hair will not hold a curl!!!
Hi all, I have extremely fine shoulder blade length hair. I can not get it to hold a curl for more than an hour, unless i want it crunchy. Does anyone have any ideas on how to keep a curl without using a case of hair spray. I have even had it done...
