ADVICE NEEDED!! I had planned for 4 bridesmaids and 4 groomens but now I had 2 bridesmaid back out! What do I do as I get married November 17th! HELP

I am looking for help to get a day of time line for our November 17, 2018 wedding. It would be myself and my daughter at least getting our hair done. And me getting makeup done.

We are non-denominational Christians. and I would like us to have a unity candle ceremony but I would like to include our 7 year old daughter in the ceremony. Any suggestions?
