What you are picking as your food choices for the reception!? If it were socially acceptable, I would serve Chipotle at mine for the yumm factor, but Short Ribs and Chicken Champagne it is. Are you going buffet, sit down, or the station route?

Anyone going the signature cocktail route at your reception, and if so...what drinks did you come up with? We are thinking about doing wine, beer, champagne, and a few signature cocktails. Not sure.
