What is/was in your emergency kit?

To open the WW checklist and have nothing there except go to rehearsal and after wedding date stuff. Here we go!!!

For my daughters wedding, we are doing a buffet. We are doing the drinks (tea/water) ourselves. What is the best way to have self serve ice? If you just put it in a bowl, as it melts it all sticks together. Any suggestions?
