I am attempting to put down everything that needs to happen the last 3 days before the wedding. I also want to "assign" things to people. And ask for help in areas I feel stressed in. Has anyone else done this? Does it help you feel more organized...

We are leaving paper on each table and would like each guest to write us a message or a memory. I am struggling on how to write a little note to leave on the table with the paper. What wording should I use? Help!!!

We would like to do the candy table but understand the diet/diabetic issue involved. How would a mix of candy and nuts be? Has anyone seen a wedding with this? If so, how do the guests take some home? I need help with ideas!!! :-)
