What do you think of a preset entree selection for your wedding reception? My venue does not give the option to have guest select at the reception, so our option is a pre-set selection where guest order in their reply card or we select one entree...

Do you think a 6 hour reception is to long? I'm currently contracted for a reception from 7pm-midnight but I'm thinking of adding additional hour on the back end so people have more time to party, but I'm sure if its too much....
