What do most people do with their dress after their wedding? Preserve it? (How do you do that?) Sell it? (Where on what?) Just curious? Thanks!!

I am looking for green bridesmaid dresses that are not going to cost a fortune. I am hoping for an apple green or something similar but I am open to anything green! Leaning more towards knee length but would love to see anything!!
