I know they say you don't need a theme but every choice that comes before me the way to make it is to harken to your overall theme. Any advice on how to come up with one? Right now I'm very vaugely going with jewel tones.

Where is everyone in this planning process. I've got most of my vendors picked out but getting flustered with the thousands of small decisions I need to make, wedding's in oct of next year.

I'm getting very overwhelmed trying to figure out what decorations you need for a wedding. Does anyone have like a check list or list some suggestions where to start?
