Activity for Erin Wood

My reception ends at 11:00pm. I love the idea of a send off. I just don't see it happening that late. Has anyone seen a send off that late at night? Did it work out or were people scattered?

What does a day of coordinator typically do? I basically just need someone to help set up my favor table and place cards and pack up my decorations, leftover favors, etc. after the reception.

How much did everyone spend on their open bar? My location charges $12 per drink and I have 150 guests. I've heard 1 drink per hour but I know they'll drink more than that! HaHa!
