I've been dress shopping twice now and I'm so lost! I went into dress shopping not knowing what style I wnated. I've found several that I really like and look good on. How do I narrow it down? Should I get the "it's the one" feeling?

I need help finding a inexpensive (under 10K) reception venue somewhere in south eastern PA. I can't find anything that isnt cheap looking yet is affordable. It seems I have looked everywhere and I have found nothing. Any ideas?
