I'm totally in love with a venue and this place has me a bit unrealistic about sticking to my budget! I stopped shopping around for venues because this place "it's the one" but the financial difference between renting Thursday is significant and fits...

The venue I want to book is suggesting for me to get month of coordinator , do I really need? Has any one used one? How much they charge and what do they really do? Didn't get to ask those questions since it was an open house and way to many people...
