Chiavari Chairs w/o pads

So my venue doesn't have pads on their Chiavari chairs and I don't want guest to be uncomfortable. Do you think those chairs would be OK for a four hour reception? I was thinking about renting pads, but that could get expensive or maybe just getting...

We booked our venue!
