I have no idea who have out my number and address to vendors state wide but it is making me hate wedding planning and makij g me hate the idea of weddings. How do I get this to stop befor do blow my brains out?

After I signed up for this app I get swamped with emails about weddings, photographers, dresses, etc. Can someone tell me if there is a way to stop these emails? It has ruined my main email account
