So I'm writing out names on invitations, "Mr. & Mrs. John Smith & Family." Where do I write, specifically, who is invited? (John Smith, Jane Smith, Tommy Smith, & Lindsey Smith). How do I make it clear who exactly is invited?

Who has had experience with ordering invitation templates from etsy (~$20 for the bundle) and then printing them elsewhere? If so, where did you print them? How much did you end up spending?
