Does anyone know where you can get rolls of ribbon cheap? The cheapest I can find it is at Michaels for 3.60 (with the 40% off coupon). I need tons of it, so if I don't find it, I'm going to end up spending like, $100 . Please help!!!

I work in a close environment and I don't know how to decide who to invite. If I invite everyone, that's about 30 people and we need to try and cut our guest list. Any suggestions on how to deal with this???
