To save money I'm thinking of doing a Friday wedding, the only thing is I'm afraid that since my wedding is in North Carolina and a lot of my friends in family live in Pennsylvania they won't be able to make it.

I just recently got engaged and my fiancé and I decided that we were going to have a late April 2017 wedding or early May 2017 wedding. So basically 1 year and 5 months until wedding day? Is that too long of an engagement?
