Is there a place that keeps all the song requests entered on my WW website or do I have to try to keep track of the emails as the come?

Does anyone know how to keep the high quality of my pictures when uploading them? Like if I send them to vistaprint or shutterfly or have someone design something with them how do I prevent them from getting pixelated or lower resolution?
