Yes, of course it’s okay!! And yeah, our wedding coordinator sent us this like 11 page document for us to fill out to get specifics of everything we wanted, and on the bottom of the first page it says the outside vendor is 800! I actually went back to double check after I talked to you, and you said yours was 300, I was like hmm maybe I read it wrong, but nope, sure enough! I guess maybe it could’ve been some sort of typo, I will have to ask. Bec 800 is just way too crazy for us! And yes! That’s what I told my fiancé, that I’ll just pretend she’s a friend and she’s staying at a different resort and he got all nervous lol. I’m sure it will be fine though, like you said we will just have to keep that part low key. Omg yes, if you could find out your photographers name, I would so appreciate it! It’s really nice talking to someone who just went through all of this, bec like you said it DOES feel like you’re just blindly planning things, especially being so far away! Our wedding Coordinators name is Lesley Almonte. Did you have her at all? We actually haven’t worked with her too much thus far. Who was the final one that ended up working for you? I want to give people a fair chance but maybe just to make things easier on myself I’ll just go with the people you went with :) and we are unsure if we are going to do an official private welcome dinner with everyone, or if we’re just going to tell everyone like hey meet us at “such and such” restaurant, and we will just get together with them there, so we don’t have to pay for the private party you know? (Well depending how much it is I suppose) I don’t want to sound cheap, but we are definitely trying to cut corners where we can! So I saw you did the garden gazebo, we’re going to do it actually on the beach... did you by chance get to see what that area looks like where they do the weddings? It looks nice in pictures, but I’m just curious. I’m also nervous about it being super windy but we shall see I guess! And yes, I will take all of the pointers I can get if you think of anything else :)

Hey Jen! Unfortunately, WW doesn't have messaging so I figured I'd just write on your wall & we can communicate this way! I hope thats ok! OMG $800?!! Are you sure?!? My weddings was just this past May! No I agree, if you pay an outside h&mu artist to do your hair I wouldn't mention it to ANYONE and just act like shes a family member/friend (I highly doubt they'd charge you $800 for that but just in case). Also, no one will bother you at all in the Bridal Suite so you should be good. The only person that comes in there is a Spa waitress who serves you champagne/water etc and the photographer. They will just think the h&mu artist is just a friend doing your h&mu! Yes, Adventure Photos is who we used, they do ALL photography for Dreams, and I cant speak for all of the photographers except for mine! I cant remember my photographers name but I will comb through all of my wedding emails and get his name because I HIGHLY suggest that you go with him! I should also mention, none of the photographers there do photo editing/Photoshop. The only program that they use is Lightroom. However, that was not a problem for me because I am a professional Photoshop Artist, I do TONS of wedding photos, so I was able to edit out things like fly away hairs, bobby pins, bad lighting etc. Overall, our photographer was amazing and took wonderful photos! Awww thank you!!! I truly felt amazing on my wedding day! Yes, the boho look is what I was going for!! Who is your wedding coordinator( if you dont mind me asking)? I went through FIVE before I got the BEST one there! I have A LOT of info I can give you, advise, do's and donts if you ever have questions! I wish that I had someone that I could talk to during my experience because I was going through it blind! If you need help with decor, wedding coordinator, or anything just ask! Also, I chose to have the "Welcome Party Dinner"on the beach for all of our guests as well so if that is something that you are considering I can give you info and our experience with that as well!! I am excited for you!!!! ;)
