Activity for Chinwe

Both my FH and I have large families...I have 2 sisters and 3 brothers and he has 2 brothers and 2 sisters. Other than bridesmaids and groomsmen, how are people incorporating their big families into their weddings?

What are people doing (if anything) for that portion of the ceremony where people typically light a unity candle or have mixing of different color sands? I pretty much only have the internet and TLCs "Four Weddings" to go off because I haven't been...
