My FH and I are paying for everything; we are disagreeing when it comes to the rehearsal dinner. Do we pay for the people involved in the wedding and their spouses? or do we pay for the wedding party only? Thanks.

What is the correct wording on the invitation if you are getting married at half past the hour? Is it "one thirty o'clock in the afternoon" or "one-thirty in the afternoon"? Thank you.
