Activity for HLW to HLV

I went to BBB and all the flatware they had (small selection IMO) was not even weighted, or heavy enough - they all felt cheap. Highest priced ones were about $100. Recommend your good flatware please. Link appreciated.

With a winter wedding near Chicago I don't think we can do bubbles after the ceremony. I am at a loss as to what to do. I am thinking nothing so everyone won't have to stand out in the cold. I guess I could have bubbles on hand if the weather happens...
