How would one go about making a timeliness when you only have the venue for 8 hours? Time includes 2 hours for setup and 1 hour for breakdown. Which leaves 5 hours total for ceremony and reception.

I am so torn because usually you would use chargers but idk if they're necessary for a buffet style. But if I didn't use chargers, what would I use? The caterer wants the actual eating plates with them so they can serve guests each plate down a line....
