Wedding Vendors in Wyoming

We planned our wedding at a popular Black Hills venue and it was to be an outside ceremony. The morning of our wedding mother nature decided to throw us a curve ball and we had to do some scrambling to get things moved inside due to inclimate weather that we hadn't planned for but Linda & her team helped move things and get all set up inside so that we captured some amazing images. We didn't even ask for their help they just jumped in and were extremely flexible on our hours so we tipped them generously as it meant the world to us and we got the images that we wanted from the beginning just from a different view point.

Macy and the team at Born to Bloom created the most beautiful arrangements for my special day. From the moment I reached out just to get some initial information Macy was incredibly responsive. Throughout the whole process she took down my input to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I can tell she takes her designs very seriously and I couldn’t be happier with the way everything turned out. It’s great when you can work with a vendor and trust that they are going to execute your vision with care and detail - especially when you have so many things to worry about during a wedding! I was able to enjoy my day fully with the most beautiful flowers as a backdrop to our ceremony and reception! Thanks so much Macy!

Jeanette from Grand Teton Events is seriously the "wedding whisperer". She really knows what she is doing, and she made our wedding so magical. She was completely and overwhelmingly amazing. Prior to my wedding day she was extremely helpful with finding other vendors who she knew and trusted. Additionally, she helped keep me organized and on task as my husband and I undertook the daunting task of planning a mountain destination wedding. When we arrived at our venue prior to our wedding rehearsal, Jeanette came early and helped me organize all the decor we had lugged from Houston, TX to Victor, ID. She walked us through venue and showed us the best spots for various parts of the wedding (as we were planning from a distance it was hard to do before hand). During the rehearsal she even volunteered to officiate for us when our officiant didn't arrive on time (luckily, he was ok, and it was just an issue with the cell service and extremely/unforeseen roadwork wait times). But her willingness to take any problem and to wipe that problem away is just one of the many reasons my now husband and I absolutely adored her. On the day of the wedding, she went above and beyond. I gave her my decor ideas and handed off all the decor to her and she was able to use my stuff and made everything look more incredible than I could have ever imagined. If there were any issues on the day of the wedding, I still haven't heard about them!!! I literally just relaxed with my bridesmaids, got my hair and makeup done, and when I looked out of the window, everything was done. Which is what every bride DREAMS of for her wedding day. HIRE GRAND TETON EVENTS. You won't regret it.

DJ Mike was great to work with! He really wanted to make the event exactly what we wanted, and he did! We told him what to play and what not to play, and he did a great job including everything - and he wasn't afraid to turn down guest's song suggestions and make himself the bad guy if it was something we didn't want! He also did a great job with the announcing, even though we kept changing things around on him. On the wedding day, he got to the venue even earlier than we did to set up, and to help my flute choir with their sound. He fit in seamlessly with our perfect day.

Thain and Logen are hands down the best wedding vendor decision we made! Throughout the planning process they were there anytime we needed and were always willing to go the extra mile to make us feel prepared for our day. Day of, we had no worries that our video was going to be a perfect representation of our love and our day. We received a sneak video shortly after our wedding and the full video less than a month after and when I tell you that we were shook by the results, I mean it. The video took us back to our day and we cannot thank the two of them enough for all of their hard work. We felt so loved all day and the video 100% shows that love. We hired Cara in the month leading up to our wedding at Grand Targhee for same day coordination and she was fantastic. She helped make sure we knew what was covered by all our vendors and reached out to them to make sure all our ducks were in a row. She is so helpful and made me feel at ease leading up to the day. She helped our wedding day run so smoothly. We had forgotten the groomsmens ties and she pulled off a miracle getting us replacements! And she made sure all our details were in the right place and the venue staff was running on schedule. I absolutely would recommend A Day To Remember for a stress free wedding day!

I cannot give enough praise to Jay! Not only is she incredibly talented, but she also has a very warm and welcoming presence. She made every guest, and the entire wedding feel relaxed and enjoyable. On the wedding day she arrived early and immediately went to work taking photos of the venue and details before guests arrived. She has an amazing eye for detail and was able to get some incredible photos that captured the happiness of that day. She seamlessly guided us through the family portion making sure to include and help direct everyone. She was familiar with the venue and Jackson. Jay does a beautiful job of putting the scenery on display. One of the main reasons we wanted to host our wedding at Diamond Cross was because of the remarkable backdrop with Mount Moran and the Teton Range as well as the Aspens changing colors. Jay made sure to incorporate everything we love so much about the location in the photos. The final gallery was amazing! The quality of the images was outstanding. We have received so many compliments from friends and family about how beautiful our photos are. If you’re looking for a wedding photographer who is not only skilled and knowledgeable, but also genuinely cares about your vision and experience I would highly recommend Jay.
