Simple rose garden ceremony
Rev. Rob Schenck was such a blessing to my wife and myself. We both come from different religious backgrounds and due restrictions our own clergy were not willing to perform a ceremony for us. It was very hard for us to find someone who would know the unique specifics for a Messianic Jewish wedding and be willing to perform a marriage for a messianic Jew and a Hindu. Both my wife and I were very surprised when we came upon Rev. Schenck. We were both pleased to find someone who grew up with a Jewish background but now has a Christian faith which perfectly helped us design a messianic ceremony. From our first contact Rev. Schenck was very personable and helped us design a ceremony that we both wanted. He was very knowledgeable, kind, friendly and very prompt in guiding us through the process of outlining our ceremony. On the day of the ceremony, he arrived early and helped us set up. During the ceremony he didn't just follow a script but brought in a wonderful sense of humor that made myself and my wife, feel like he had been a part of our life and knew us instead of someone who we first meet online a few weeks before our wedding. Both my wife and I couldn't recommend anyone better than Rev. Rob Schenck. He is an amazing and great officiant. For anyone looking for an officiant who will get to know you and help craft a ceremony that is special and unique to you and your fiancée I couldn't recommend a better fit. -

We couldn’t have asked for a better officiant for our elopement than Robert. He was incredibly Accommodating, and brought such a warm friendly presence that made him feel like family. His upbeat welcoming attitude and professionalism stood out. Robert was prompt and communicative keeping us updated on every step of the way including our marriage documents. He was very organized, which is a plus for brides to have one less thing to think about! He is well known, and highly spoken of with the D.C courts. This is a true testament of his character and work ethic. We’re so grateful for everything he did to make our day special and would highly recommend him in a heartbeat! -

Best man for the job!
Rev Rob was the best man for the job. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect officiant for our elopement. He was so genuine and kind and has a really great voice for the job. Communication was prompt and easy. Any questions we had, he answered in a very timely manner. All of the paperwork was filed immediately with a thorough proof of submission so that we didn’t even have to stress or worry about it. He made everything in that department so stress free!

Our plans fell through with a mutual friend of ours to officiate our wedding somewhat last minute so we contacted Reverend Schenck a little late in the process. Regardless of our timing, he was responsive and helpful while also being an absolute pleasure to work with. His positivity throughout every meeting and encounter was contagious and it was very clear he loves love and is happy working his weddings with couples. Was a great experience, 10/10 recommend! -

We couldn't have asked for a better officiant for our wedding ceremony! Rev Robert helped us immensely with the ceremony/officiant planning process, as my now-wife and I were very unsure of how we wanted the wedding ceremony to go. Rev Robert was so thoughtful and inclusive, walking us through every step and asking us for input along the way. He even encouraged us to let our personalities and even our little inside jokes shine through during the ceremony, which was awesome! Our wedding guests got a kick out of inside jokes we included in our ceremony script and Rev Robert even got in on the little jokes with us! He had such a special way of making our ceremony feel like it was just the three of us up there, exchanging our vows with each other and we were so, so happy that he was our officiant. Finding an officiant was one of the more stressful parts of our wedding planning process, as there are so many to choose from in our state and we had no idea where to begin. We stumbled upon Rev Robert and we really feel like we were meant to find someone as amazing as he is. For couples planning your own ceremonies - do yourselves a favor and reach out to Rev Robert. It will only take a couple minutes to be drawn in by his warmth, sincerity, and passion for his work and it will be the easiest decision you have to make for your wedding. -

Rev. Rob is the best!
Rev. Rob is truly the best. He was so responsive and took the time to explain everything in detail so that nothing was a surprise the day of. All of our guests even said how amazing he was. We felt so comfortable with him and truly could not recommend him more! -

Fantastic Experience!
We wanted a very simple ceremony for a legal marriage but also wanted a religious aspect. Rev. Rob was perfect for exactly what we wanted! He responded to our request almost immediately and was very responsive throughout the process. His fee is VERY reasonable, and he was willing to go to our location of choice. My then fiance was traveling back from a work trip the morning of our wedding, so we were concerned about the timing. But Rev. Rob held the entire day for us and was completely flexible. It was so nice to have someone perform an intimate ceremony with just a few friends, although Rev. Rob does big weddings too. We would highly recommend him to anyone! -

We truly could not recommend Rob enough!
The ceremony he made for us was incredibly beautiful, and we will remember it fondly for the rest of our lives. We spontaneously decided to elope and Rob was very happy to work with all of our ideas and requests. This day was perfect and Rob was part of a two man team (with our photographer who he only met the day of), behind the scenes, who contributed to our day being as beautiful and memorable as we experienced it! Again, you will not regret working with him! We hope God continues blessing Rob in the work he’s doing! -
