We cannot recommend Kelley and Care enough! From start to finish, they made our destination wedding in Puerto Vallarta an absolute dream. As someone who's very type A and loves to be involved in every detail, I’m so glad we chose them. They were incredibly accommodating to my numerous emails, always making sure we felt supported and on track. They truly went above and beyond to bring our vision to life, offering fantastic ideas to personalize the wedding that we hadn’t even thought of.
Kelley and Care provided us with amazing recommendations for every aspect of our wedding—from catering to photography, videography, the perfect venue, hair and makeup artists, a wonderful minister, and an excellent DJ. Everything was within our budget, and each vendor they recommended was outstanding. The quality of the services was top-notch, and it made the entire process so much easier knowing they had such great connections and trusted partners.
What stood out the most was their thoughtfulness and attention to detail. They thought of everything for our day, and we felt completely at ease, knowing we were in good hands. On top of their professionalism, we absolutely loved their personalities. They were a joy to work with, and we genuinely enjoyed getting to know them throughout the planning process.

Kelley was recommended to me by our venue and I’m so happy with our experience. I didn’t have much experience planning events, let alone a destination wedding, but Kelley and Care are so organized. They asked the questions I hadn’t even thought about, they were quick to respond, and every time we hopped on a video call, my stress melted away because Kelley knows her stuff! We decided to have mariachi, fireworks, added personal touches, and Kelley and Care, like the fairy godmothers they are, were able to seamlessly achieve everything we asked for (and then some). I’m finding any and every excuse to plan an event in Puerto Vallarta so I can work with them again!! -

We had an incredible experience working with the Younique team as our wedding planners for our destination wedding in Puerto Vallarta. From the very beginning, they made the entire planning process feel manageable and stress-free starting with affordable rates and ability to work with a budget. Their organization, attention to detail, and ability to execute our vision were outstanding.
Over the course of nearly two years, we had regular Zoom meetings to go over every detail. Kelley was especially helpful when it came to areas where we felt less confident, such as decor and table settings. It was reassuring to have someone who could guide us through decisions and bounce ideas with.
In addition to planning the wedding day itself, Kelley, Care and team went above and beyond to coordinate activities for our guests throughout over three days. The rehearsal dinner and booze cruise were highlights for everyone, and every vendor recommendation—from catering to DJ—was exceptional.
If you are planning a wedding in Puerto Vallarta, we highly recommend working with these wonderful people. Their expertise, professionalism, and ability to bring everything together smoothly made all the difference. -

Kelley and Care were absolutely wonderful all around. We had the most amazing wedding day. Their attention to detail and adaptability is beyond measure. They have hearts of gold and truly care about what they do and put everything they’ve got into it and you can totally tell. Kelly helped me plan my sisters 3 day wedding in puerto vallarta which was one of our favorite spots to visit during the pandemic so we knew the area and thought we could do on our own… we were wrong… Kelly is extremely affordable and will work with any budget. We did 3 days and she helped guid us. Flowers… decor…rentals… venue… entertainment…she even helped us get cute gift bags w local treats…went above and beyond to create what we wanted at the price we had in mind… where other planners laughed. We ended up w a 3 day fabulous wedding that even the snobbiest guests agreed it was beyond fun! Kelly’s also just a great easy going person that u would want to meet up w next time ur in town.. that says a lot!!! Five stars!!! -

Care was honestly magic. We had the most amazing day and Care ensured that everything went as smoothly as possible. The attention to detail and problem solving abilities were perfection. When our officiant was unable to make it last minute, Care stepped in and pulled it off. Care was also more than accommodating when some family members wanted to do a cute little prank, helping them find a place to hide until the right moment. She is the best! Our wedding turned out better than we could have imagined!
I am very type A, and Kelley did an amazing job managing my expectations, and more importantly staying within budget. Our wedding was a little unconventional in that we worked really hard to incorporate three cultures into our wedding and Kelley did an amazing job in assisting. One thing I appreciate is her responsiveness and attention to detail. We also really really liked all of the vendors that she recommended. For florals we used Mayte and the florals were amazing and so trendy! The food with Carlos Rojas was INCREDIBLE! We also loved the Fuller Edge photos and Stlying Trio makeup.
The weekend of the event is beyond stressful but Kelley and Care were EXCEPTIONAL. There were not only helpful to us but also helpful to our wedding guests. Our wedding was better than we could have imagined!
Kelley and Care are more than just wedding planners, they are friend vibes! Thank you guys for such an amazing experience! -

The Best Wedding Planners!
Kelley and Care were absolutely incredible! They made the entire planning process seamless, offering amazing recommendations down to every last detail. Even my guests noticed and raved about how amazing Kelley and Care were, and have said it was the best wedding they’d ever attended!
We had a ton of issues with vendors (outside of Kelley and Care) including our original venue falling through—but they handled everything effortlessly, providing backup plans and even managing a very difficult venue owner when we insisted on moving forward. They also helped plan our welcome/boat party the night before. When we ran into last minute issues with too many guests and had to scramble, they made sure everything was resolved so we could have the most amazing time.
Thanks to them, I was completely stress-free on my wedding day. Everything was executed flawlessly, especially with flowers, I gave full control to the design and I am so glad I did, because they executed fabulously. If you want planners who are organized, resourceful, and make your vision a reality, Kelley and Care are the best choice! -

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Kelley and her incredible team for our wedding in Puerto Vallarta, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience! From start to finish, they made our special day absolutely perfect.
Kelley gave us an amazing tour of multiple venues that accommodated a range of budgets, ensuring we found the perfect setting for our wedding. She and her team were highly professional, always ready to accommodate any request, and worked seamlessly within our budget. They also connected us with the best vendors in the area, making the entire planning process smooth and stress-free.
On the wedding day, everything was executed flawlessly. We truly felt that every detail was under control, allowing us to fully enjoy our celebration without any worries. Throughout the planning process, we had multiple video calls to go over every detail, from music to decorations, which kept us informed and reassured.
Another huge plus was Kelley’s fluency in both English and Spanish. Since my wife is an English speaker, this made communication effortless, especially for our bicultural wedding. It was such a relief to have someone who could bridge any language gaps seamlessly.

The Wedding Angels of Sayulita and Puerto Vallarta
Kelley and Care are absolutely INCREDIBLE. I cannot speak highly enough of them both. They are an incredible team, and our wedding was infinitely better because of their work. Best wedding ever
I cannot say enough good things about how wonderful our wedding was. First of all, my partner and I had no idea what we’re doing. We just knew we wanted a great party. Kelly and Care started us early with clear instructions. We came up with some ideas but were still pretty lost. We gave our ideas to Kelly and Care and they knocked it out of the park. Not only did we do a wedding night, but also a welcome dinner and brunch the next day. They helped us arrange transport for everyone all weekend, got us gifts we forgot we forgot to purchase. They helped us pick the flowers, design everything, and it was stunning. Whether you know exactly what you want, or have no clue like us, these gals will do a great job. -

Care and Kelley's passion for creating the wedding of their clients dreams was obvious to me from the very first phone call. My wife and I had a pretty complicated wedding, with a number of events on the surrounding days and different events on the day of the wedding itself. They took the time to understand our vision, applying their skills, network of partners in Vallarta, and special touch to make everything go perfectly. Their teamwork is very seamless; in our case, Kelley took care of the booking and pre-planning while Care orchestrated and emceed the day of the wedding. Both are great at their jobs and a joy to be around. Their pricing is very reasonable, and they will get a good value for your budget. Highly recommended! -

Kelley planned our February 2024 wedding in Sayulita, and it was one we and our guests will not soon forget! Kelley turned our wedding into an unforgettable experience. She turned my Pinterest board into a beautiful reality, all while staying within our budget. On the morning of, we were able to be fully present in the moment, knowing she had everything under control. She managed vendors, pulled together the decor, and ensured everyone stuck to her perfectly crafted timeline.
Throughout the planning process, her regular remote check-ins made us feel reassured everything was under control as the big day approached. She also helped organize our pre-wedding trip that allowed us to tour the venue, sample the menu, and explore the town. I cannot say enough good things about Kelley and her team for helping me plan the most perfect wedding day in the most imperfect of circumstances. Kelley not only took me on as her client but she introduced us to Carolina who was the perfect day- of coordinator. They saw my wedding day vision and made it come to life, twinkle lights, jewel toned flowers, fireworks and all. She was a big support when I wasn’t even sure if the groom would be able to make it due to unforeseen circumstances but in the end, the groom made it just in time to say yes and enjoy some tequila without a worry in the world as a married couple. You truly see the importance of a wedding planner when shit hits the fan and I am so thankful I had Kelley to lean on during the wedding process. P.S. She also had the best hookups for the most delicious catering of Mexican Food (Nayarta Catering) and music (Black Sheep Vallarta) who kept our party dancing all night 🙏🏽 -

I loved my experience working with Kelley on a destination wedding in PV. Not only did she make my job as the bride easy, she also handled family and overall vibes day of! She helped put out fires when a smidge of family drama ensued, she helped us get better rates with vendors (they gave us lower prices when they found out we were going with the cheaper option). She is so professional, we visited here and PV 1 year before our wedding and she wrote detailed notes @ our food tastings so we didnt have to try and recall things months later. My first Hair trial did not go well (week of my wedding) she got me in on a 2nd appt. She put me and my groom at ease and most importantly she made it so that I HAD MY DREAM WEDDING!!!!Kelley is a pleasure to work with, she gets things done (Always responded to me within 24 hours) but she is also fun to work with. I can't say enough good things about the overall experience working with her and her team. -

Above and beyond expectations, brought our vision to life.
Kelley is the BOMB. She gets it done and keeps a smile on her face the whole time. We read great reviews on Kelley in June of 2021 and knew she was the best but we didn't fully understand it until we got to our wedding and saw it firsthand.
She helped advise us while we picked a venue, she helped provide options for caterers, rehearsal dinner, mariachis, etc. She also helped us stay organized throughout with an excel spreadsheet that priced things out.
The fact that she's fully bilingual and well-experienced in the PV wedding vendor world is a huge plus. We could never have done it on our own. When we flew into PV in November, she organized tastings and tours for us, answered all our crazy questions, and helped to put our minds at ease. Not to mention, she even picked us up at the airport with our luggage and chauffeured us to the places we needed to go - above and beyond what we ever expected.
Wedding week last week was a breeze because of her. From a final walkthrough several days before, to running the rehearsal with our wedding party and family, setting up our rehearsal dinner at a different venue and spending 12+ hours at our venue on wedding day, she knocked it out of the park. Our guests were blown away at how gorgeous everything looked and how seamlessly everything appeared to go. She brought our vision board to life and spent way more time and efforts than her wedding coordination charge covers. And to top it all off - she's just a great, fun person.
Be organized, tell/show her what you want, she will make it a reality.

The best wedding coordinator!
I don't even know where to start - Kelley was our backbone during wedding planning and execution! Originally we were set to get married May 2020 and then due to the pandemic finally were able to have our dream wedding July 2021. None of it would have been possible without Kelley's help! For a little background - my husband and I were in the US and our parents in Canada. Being an Indian wedding, all of us were pretty hands on with wedding planning/ ideas and Kelley was the one who helped us execute everything we wanted in our dream wedding - from arranging for overseas deliveries, to surprise jet ski, ATV and boat entries, to being the middleman (middle-woman!) for us with all the local vendors/ the resort! Absolutely the Best Wedding Planner
Kelley, is THE go to person for wedding planning if you are planning on doing a destination wedding in Puerto Vallarta, Punta de Mita or Sayulita. First and foremost she has the contacts to make your wedding special no matter what you budget is. Everything from flowers, caterers, DJ, live music, photographer, hair/makeup, venue and even a perfect villa for you guests to stay in if you need it. She also listens to what is most important to you and makes sure that its perfect. Flowers were the most important thing for my bride, more so than her dress, I think, haha. Kelley worked with her flower supplier to make sure that the flowers my bride wanted were included in the arrangements and that the arrangements were spectacular. Oh, yeah, forgot to mention we had two weddings, complete with two ceremonies, two sets of flowers, two catered receptions and two DJ dance parties all put together by Kelley. The first week with family and the second week with friends, 22 and 19 people, respectively. We did it at the amazing 11 BR Villa Manderinas, which Kelley found for us after our first villa fell through. I cannot say enough good and amazing things about Kelley, all I can say is if you are doing a wedding in Jalisco or Nayarit, Kelley can not only make it happen but also make it very special. -

The World needs to know about the most spectacular person and Wedding Planner in Puerto Vallarta. Words can not describe the exceptional experience that Kelley Karhoff executed for us flawlessly. We desired a four day wedding experience for our 60 guests and it was delivered in the most incredible way.Every day Kelley lined up spectacular events, with beautiful detail and ease for the guests. The tequila tasting at Oscars with music and dinner was a huge success for our rehearsal night !
Our Wedding Day was the most Beautiful and Incredible Wedding that we could have ever dreamed of. Everything was sheer perfection. The flowers, the Decor, the food, the set up.... everything was even more beautiful than imagined. I couldn't believe how incredible the altar was set up. I really couldn't believe that this was my wedding. Kelley led us to Villa Verano where we all got to celebrate this fantastic wedding bliss experience. Not a detail was missed by our dearest Kelley. Our event planner thought of everything! Kelley is truly amazing and she deserves a thousand 5 star reviews. She is the most pleasant, and professional event planner to work with. We made a best friend! She made this wedding happen despite the most difficult circumstances. She even hired a doctor to come to the wedding site so everyone could get their covid tests the day of the wedding.
Villa Verano, our Wedding Venue was beyond beautiful!The food was exceptional ! Above and beyond delicious!THe late night Taco Truck, everyone was talking about that for days :-)The mixologist that Kelley recommended was incredible !Our triple layer Passion Fruit Cake was so yummy !The fireworks were so perfect. The flowers were perfection !
All of our 60 guests said that this was the most beautiful wedding they have ever been to in their lives! How can this be? It was Kelley. I do not even know where to begin because Kelley was absolutely AMAZING! She was our day-of coordinator for our August wedding in St. Louis, MO and helped make our wedding dreams become a reality. I really do not think that the day would have been any where near as perfect if it weren't for her and all that she did for us. All of our vendors and even the venue manager could not stop raving about how AMAZING she is! As the bride, I was already stressing out over all of the small details I was afraid that I would miss and then COVID-19 came into the mix and escalated the stress even more. Once Kelley was in the picture to help with everything, the stress was immediately gone! She is one of the sweetest, most caring women that I have ever met. Kelley was extremely helpful with working with the vendors to make sure that everything was ready to go and perfect. She helped create and ensure that the schedule/timeline was finalized down to the "T" and even made sure that EVERYONE followed that schedule throughout the entire day. If something went wrong at our wedding, I never even knew because she took care of it right away and made certain that we had as little stress as possible for us to enjoy our wedding! I wholeheartedly recommend hiring Kelley with Younique Vallarta Weddings- you WILL NOT be disappointed! I can't believe I accidentally left out writing a review for Kelley so this is long overdue.
I got married on a hot summer day at Martoca Beach Garden in 2017. Kelley truly brought my vision of my perfect wedding to life, she went above and beyond to source my wedding favors and gave me ideas. Everything, I mean EVERYTHING was perfect. The overall set-up, the vibe, colors, furniture, decorations. It all made the humid temperature forgettable. I received sincere compliments of the wedding from every guest even the hard-to-impress ones, everyone had SO MUCH fun. I wanted to keep the little Mexican animal bobble heads that I had as one of my wedding favors that people didn't take but ended up forgetting to collect at the end of the night, Kelley went out of her way and mailed them to me in the US from PV.
I would note that early on in the process Kelley may be slow to respond to emails due to other weddings that may be coming up on her calendar but don't you worry, she will attend to you just when you need it.

We are so grateful for finding Kelley Kahrhoff! From our first (of many) Skype dates with her, we knew she was the wedding planner for us- rather than jumping straight into business, she took the time to get to know us as a couple. Her bubbly, genuine nature, fluent Spanish and overall positive energy was what essentially led us to “choose” her as our right hand in planning our Mexican villa wedding. I would consider both my fiancé and I to be type A planners : we take comfort in checklists/spreadsheets/ schedules - all that to say, we have high expectations, and Kelley did not disappoint and totally “got us”.
Our wedding was absolutely perfect, with a lot of challenging elements: The fact that my family is Mexican, his family is Jewish- Canadian meant that we would need the ceremony and celebration to not only be bilingual, but also wanted to incorporate Jewish/ Mexican traditions . Kelley was able to find us a mariachi band that played the horah (It was a huge hit with everyone btw ) , find us a caterer that showcased the delicious food of Mexico (while still accommodating those the spice sensitive 😉), a bilingual officiant, and decorate the chuppah/ tables in a way that was even better than what we could have imagined! Gahhh the flowers! Oh and last minute decision to find us a tent because of the chance of rain was the best recommendation Kelley had made for us. The tent actually added to the intimate ambiance of our wedding and was extremely valuable once the droplets started to fall shortly after the ceremony! Lucky for us , no stress knowing Kelley had plan B already taken care of.
Guests have told us that it was truly an unforgettable celebration! We will sincerely miss having her as our wedding guardian angel and cannot express how much we appreciate all her help in planning the best day of our lives!

I can not put into words how amazing Kelley was to work with for our wedding. From our very first email communication, she was down to earth and easy to work with. She is the only planner I reached out that actually gave me a personalized response rather than an automated and scripted reply.
Over the course of a year, Kelley and I spoke countless times over email and she was always quick to reply and gave thorough answers. When conversations were more in depth, she would take the time out of her day to speak with me on the phone. I felt more like I was speaking to a close friend rather than someone I had a business relationship with.
We met with Kelley twice in Vallarta before the week of the wedding. She drove us around to our tasting, our venue visit, arranged meetings with vendors, and we even went to pick out florals together. She is nothing short of amazing.
On the big day, Kelley literally had taken my pinterest wedding board and executed it perfectly....and within budget. Our wedding was BEAUTIFUL. It was so absolutely stunning that for a while it didn't feel like reality.
We had issues with a power failure at my wedding. Kelley did not hesitate to order a generator and save the day. She was quick on her feet, made sure the drinks kept flowing, and adjusted the evening timeline to accommodate the issues. To our guests, it just appeared like we intended to have our dinner hour be a romantic candlelit meal. I'm fully confident that nobody else could have executed this problem solving with such finesse and skill.
Kelley is incredibly kind and professional, detail orientated, and really understands her brides and their vision. She is truly a phenominal planner and you cannot go wrong with hiring her.

If you have/are planning a destination wedding then you know it is so hard to find where to begin and how to make your plans into an actual wedding. Kelley did all that and more! She took about 50 emails with all my pictures and ideas and created the wedding of our dreams. I never could have taken my ideas and create a vision that was a true masterpiece! Not only did Kelley make the wedding look amazing, she took care of so many things that were not in her job and stepped up when needed. She was my last minute go to, kept track of all of our guests, she kept us on schedule, and made us feel like we did not have to worry about anything but enjoying our day! The day had rain, hiccups, and lots of heat, but Kelley was always one step ahead and took care of everything so I never even knew there was an issue. If you are looking to plan your wedding in PV Kelley is a MUST! She was not only the best wedding planner, towards the end, she became a friend. -

Seriously look no further Kelley is truly the best!! She had to work with our very difficult situation and she handled it with ease, professionalism, and lots of humor.
We had an assigned wedding coordinator through our venue who was just unaccommodating and unresponsive to our requests. This was alarming to us especially being hundreds of miles away. This was when we decided to bring Kelley on board. She worked with us and the coordinator to get us the wedding of our dreams. She brought up things the other coordinator wouldn’t have even cared about like having a wedding on a beach in mid July might be an awful decision LOL who knew?? She secured us a new reception location which was also sheltered in case of rain (which was my BIGGEST fear).
Day of the wedding Kelley was incredible. She was putting out fires left and right. I’m talking moving beach chairs and umbrellas by herself and making sure every detail was perfect. Seriously the other coordinator was putting out green napkins and silver plates and Kelley fixed it right away. She also ended up being the most wonderful MC and felt like a friend by the end of our reception.
I told Kelley that had she not been there for us our wedding would have been more like a surprise party and I truly mean it she made everything perfect and we could not have done any of it without her. It was truly the most perfect wedding and completely stress free. We love you Kelley!!!Younique by Kelley's reply:

There are not enough wonderful things to say about Kelley! We met her about a year before our wedding when she took me, my fiance and parents all around Sayulita to find the perfect location. Throughout our year of planning Kelley was constantly in communication, answering our lengthy emails, and always accommodating to any changes or special requests that we had. Dancing at cocktail hour, changes in wedding colors and table names etc. We even made another trip down to Sayulita to meet with her about two months before our wedding and she spent a couple of days with us in town to review, menu, flowers, timelines etc. All of this was amazing in itself, but when it came down to the wedding day I am not exaggerating that my mouth dropped when I arrived to the venue to see what her and her team pulled off. The flowers that we originally agreed on were beautiful, but what she delivered was absolutely breathtaking!! The band that we met with were so nice and we were looking forward to hearing them, but at the wedding they had everyone singing and dancing in the sunset before we even sat down for dinner. She MC'd our wedding and to be honest, I'm not sure what she's better at - MCing or wedding planning, because she was hilarious and so lively on the mic! I even started feeling a bit sick during dinner and Kelley called 4 dr. friends and within 20 minutes I had medicine delivered to my table and was able to dance the night away with friends and family. She is kind, she is hilarious, she is understanding and overall an amazing person. We feel so fortunate to have found her to help put on our special day, and we are so sad that it's over! Thank you Kelley for making our wedding dreams come true! -

Kelley was the most amazing planner ever! I had watched my sister in-laws get married first. Their planners did very little and I was so worried that this was the normal. From the start Kelley was so clear about costs and what her job would entail. I could email her whenever I had questions and she never made me feel bad about it. Not living in the area you are getting married makes most people nervous but I believed in Kelley from the get go and I was right! My wedding was everything I had asked for....literally. My friends and family still talk about how amazing Kelley was and my wedding was almost 3 months ago. I really had the most beautiful, Pinterest worthy wedding, and my family and friends had so much fun. Most say it was the most fun wedding they had ever been to. Kelley was outside in the heat on my wedding day helping set up, made sure all the vendors were paid, made sure all our guests had what they needed, and put my mind at ease when I thought it might rain(it didn’t). She even helped us set up fireworks and a churro cart!!! Kelley is such a light hearted fun person who truly enjoys what she does. Thank you Kelley for the most wonderful day with my friends and family. We are gonna be talking about how awesome you were forever! You saw my vision and made it come to fruition perfectly :) -

I cannot say enough good things about Kelley! We live in Portland, Oregon and I was of course nervous about planning the wedding from a distance. Between just a few phone calls and email exchanges, Kelley brought my vision to life perfectly. I was floored when I saw the set up and just how perfectly everything came to life - and I can be super particular about the tiniest detail. There is not one thing I would have changed about the day or the set up; she went above and beyond.
She was also there on the day-of to keep everything moving and make sure I was ok/not stressed (even after I sent her on a verrrrry last minute champagne run). Not only was I relieved to have her there, but our guests loved her as well. I would recommend Kelley to anyone looking to get married in the PV area. You will not be disappointed!

My husband and I ended up hiring Kelley to help us with planning our wedding at the magical Parroquia Nuestra Senora de Guadalupe in downtown PV. Wow, THANK GOD FOR KELLEY. First of all, it's not easy planning a wedding in another country. Secondly, the church is incredibly difficult to work with. Kelley jumped through HOOPS for us in many situations, dealing with the priest, the church staff, our flower vendor, and our mariachi we hired. It's absolutely necessary to have someone who can speak Spanish fluently when you're getting married at a Catholic Church in Mexico. Kelley made sure everything went smoothly for us the day of the wedding. She even came to our resort a few days prior to go over a gameplan and make sure we were on the same page. The entire process of working with Kelley was wonderful -- she was incredibly responsive, friendly, as well as optimistic for us in many situations that I felt hopeless about (looming rain, for instance!). She was that beam of sunshine I needed to lift my mood during other stressful moments. She is very quick to respond, thorough, and is well known with many vendors around Vallarta. I would hire her again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much Kelley!!! -

I had my wedding at Martoca Beach Garden on 7/7/2017 and from the beginning I asked the owner to be paired with Kelley. I had seen photos of prior weddings she had planned and I knew she would be the only one who could truly capture my vision. I wanted everything in my wedding to be elegant and magical. Kelley was able to provide me with THE most elegant and magical wedding, more than I could have dreamt, with prices within my budget. I live in New York, and like many others who opt for a destination wedding, I choose my venue without seeing it before hand. I am very hard to please and always like to do everything myself to ensure that I will be happy with the outcome. As you can imagine, having no day to day control of my wedding planning and going just by someone’s word was very hard for me. Kelley’s professionalism and confidence was more than enough to keep me happy and calm. Kelley is so patient and truly knows what she is doing. She was able to execute my vision, including my request for an all natural 8 feet by 12 inch REAL flower wall. She was able to fulfill all of my requests, even the most minute details, while surpassing my expectations, and gave me many surprises that I didn’t ask for to make my wedding that much more extravagant and magical. She was there for me since the moment I woke up on my wedding day, texting me throughout the day to make sure we were on schedule. She was the master of ceremony at my wedding reception and kept the flow going the whole night. She even helped me bustle my complicated wedding gown multiple times throughout the night. She was more than amazing! I cannot thank and recommend Kelley enough! Mario Sent on 02/19/2018If you're getting married in beautiful Puerto Vallarta -- Kelley Kahrhoff is the best wedding planner around. Kelley was fantastic from the start! She was very responsive to my initial questions via Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp. I had a very specific vision for the wedding, having researched and pinned items months in advance. All I had to do was send my images to Kelley and she managed to pull off our dream wedding well within our budget.
Kelley is very knowledgeable about venues, restaurants and vendors. She works with a great team of florists, caterers, makeup artists, entertainment, etc. She was crucial in helping us plan more than just the wedding: she helped with our welcome reception, assisted in setting up the location and menu for our rehearsal dinner, and calmed two very nervous grooms right up to our vows.
Every guest commented on what an amazing job Kelley did. Every one of them agreed that this was the best wedding they had ever attended!

Simone Sent on 06/11/2017Kelley is truly amazing at what she does! She puts her heart and soul into it and it shows! I was referred to her by a friend who also got married in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Right from the start Kelley answered every question/e-mail that I would send her. She makes you feel as if you are the only bride she is working with, when meanwhile she has a ton of other brides to e-mail and respond to. I'm in the customer service industry and I know every one gets busy, but Kelley always replied to every e-mail within 24 hours and if she was busy at a wedding, she would even send me a quick note stating she's at a wedding and will reply tomorrow. She was awesome! You can also Skype and call as often as you wish, I'm just more of an e-mail person. Now onto the rehearsal and the wedding! Kelley was awesome getting my wedding party to listen and part-take in the rehearsal, because let's face it, we were at a resort and everyone is in vacation mode and wants to lay by the pool. Kelley made rehearsal a breeze...less than an hour! Even my wedding party and guests were saying how awesome she is. I have to say my wedding came out picture perfect, just the way I wanted it, and that is all thanks to Kelley. A few days before the wedding my mom even said to me "don't stress if something isn't right or not the way you imagined it to be", (my mom knows I can be a perfectionist at times and want certain things in an exact way) however... everything was perfect! Kelley knew exactly what and how I wanted it. Down to the table decor, the pink bows around every chair the flowers on the cake, the menus, the music, bouquets...and the list goes one... EVERYTHING was perfect! Thank you Kelley, I can not thank you enough for everything you did and made possible with my wedding. Thank you for being by my side the entire day of my wedding! ~There are no words to describe the amazing wedding that Kelley put on at Martoca Beach Garden for our 50 closest friends! We were in touch with her a year in advance and she answered every email in detail, gave us advice, and allowed us to plan our entire wedding in very few communications. We were able to visit the venue a year before and she took us through the venue, and gave us a perfect insight to what we would see there on the day! If there was a question she answered it and made us feel so comfortable going into the big day. She set up food tasting for my parents when they visited, gave us rides to where ever we needed to go, talked to taxi drivers when we got lost, set up extra meetings before the day to make sure all personal touches we wanted were added. She is fun, hilarious, sweet, and knows EXACTLY how to put on a destination wedding. She thought of things we wouldn't have and handled all emergencies(mother of the bride, and guest issues) with no worry! We left the venue on our wedding night thinking how every single detail went perfectly. Our guests are still talking about the wedding and how amazing Kelley was! Kelley is a rockstar at putting on an amazing destination wedding i would recommend her to any bride hoping to get married in the PV area!
Thanks Kelley for having our big day be a huge celebration of the beginning of our lives together and one to remember!

It was nerve wracking to plan a wedding in Puerto vallarta while living in California, but she easily put us at ease. From the moment we decided to work with her, she responded to all of our questions in detail and helped us feel relaxed and focused on just having a good time. And that is just what we did! She made all of our wedding wishes come to life. We wanted a donkey, she made it happen. Mariachis? Check. The day of the wedding she was there bright and early with her team to ensure every detail was addressed. The entire day went so smoothly because of her and I can't thank her enough. I highly recommend her!
