We LOVED Yanel and are so grateful to have had her on our big day!
Yanel was WONDERFUL and I can't say that enough. The planning and prep for this big day is extensive and exhausting! Yanel was there every step of the way. About 1 month and a half or two months before the wedding she began reaching out and helping us get all of our ducks in order. I don't know how we would have done it all without her.
The day of the wedding she delt with EVERYTHING and EVERYONE. She kept me updated and asked me some questions along the way to ensure that everything was perfect but she made it possible for me to truly sit back and enjoy my day with the girls and get ready for the wedding itself. I made a HUGE mistake and gave the wrong table count to my florist. Yanel called my cell, calmly explained what had happened, and worked with him to resolve the issue. It came out wonderfully! My husband told me multiple times, before the actual wedding day, during the wedding, and after, how lucky we were to have her and that she did an amazing job. You will not regret having Yanel by her side.
And aside from her ninja planning skills, she is an amazing, sweet, and kind person! My mom, grandma, in-laws, everyone loved her.
Thank you Yanel for making it possible to enjoy our big day to the max and for guiding us along the way. I truly don't know what I would have done without you. I though I had it all under control until you began working with us and I said (OMG Thank goodness she's here). We are blessed to have had you by our side that day and will recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone! -

Yanel to the rescue
Where do I even start! We probably had 6 months til our wedding, and was no where with the wedding planning. That’s when my father found Yanel, and from the moment we spoke on the phone all my anxiety went away, she helped me get organized, and best of all a sense of peace knowing everything was going to turn out okay. Wedding planning takes a toll on you and mostly on the bride to be. Yanel provided professionalism, a checklist, handled any vendor/venue issues, and was there every step of the way. It’s not easy dealing with my crazy father, family, and friends but she did it, lol. Yanel, thank you for making our special day so memorable from having our little dog there, to every detail we wanted! Highly recommend Yanel as a wedding coordinator.

It is with absolute pleasure that I write this review for Yanel.
I can honestly say that I was fortunate to have hired her to help us out the month of our wedding.
I had spoken to a few people to get an idea of what should be looking for before hiring someone to work with me and help me make our special day be absolutely perfect.
The minute we spoke, it just felt right.
Yanel really listens and make you feel like at home.
She was also very flexible and made herself available to work with us.
I knew immediately I needed to not look any further and hired her the same day we spoke.
That very day she went to work and within two days, I learned she had connected with all my vendors and I had my first timeline sent to me which made me feel very at ease and it took a lot of the pressure of me and be able to focus on other matters.
Yanel also helped me mediate some issues that came up and I really appreciated that. She was extremely professional, organized, caring, understanding, and she practically blended in with all my family members in such a way that it felt like we had known each other for years.
On the day of, Yanel was on top of everything. She created a very detailed timeline and every minute was accounted for but what was most impressive was that everything was completely on point.
I was impressed by all the work she put in but more so by her amazing attitude, her knowledge, attention to detail, and precision that went into everything she did for us on the weeks we worked with her.
If I had to do it all over again, I would hire her without a doubt but this time I would do it from the beginning and not just the month of.
There are not enough words to put into this review that could describe what a positive experience it has been to working with Yanel but I do hope that if you are considering on hiring for your special day, don’t think twice.
She will not disappoint.
I give her a 20 out of 10. She truly exceeded all of our expectations and it was a true pleasure to have worked with her.
She really made our special day a truly amazing and memorable one.

I first met Yanel when she was my sister's wedding planner and she put together such a beautiful and extraordinary event that when I got engaged 2 years later I immediately called her the next day. Yanel not only has great taste and tons of knowledge she is also kind, smart and incredibly understanding. She has tons of connections all over South Florida and every vendor that knows her always speaks about her with tons of respect and high praise. She goes out of her way to make sure that you are happy and if you have any questions or concerns she will make you feel better. I can honestly say I had no stress in all of my wedding prep and especially on my wedding day and that was all due to Yanel and her team. I am so grateful to her and I highly highly highly recommend her. -

Yanel took over my DIY planning when it became too overwhelming. What she did with the little I gave her is nothing short of a miracle!! 10 stars, if I could give them!!! -
