Janice is a 100% yes!
Janice was an absolute delight to work with. She from the get go had such an amazing warmth and kindness and calm energy, which is exactly what you want from a wedding coordinator. She helped me think of things I totally would’ve forgotten, ensured to check in throughout the process, and even had a few surprises for us as a gift that included charge plates and content creator. Her team day of make sure everything went seamlessly. If you’re on the fence, you must choose Janice as your wedding coordinator! -

Hiring Won Love Events was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding at Twin Oaks Golf Course. We were aiming for a classic, elegant vibe, and Janice brought it all together with calm professionalism and such thoughtful attention to detail.
What truly stood out was how she handled the little things—the ones couples often overlook but that make a big difference. She made sure we had a quiet moment alone after the ceremony with champagne and a light snack before the reception started. Hiring Janice and her team is one of the best decisions I've ever made. My fiancé and I were fortunate enough to meet her in person before hiring Won Love Events.
Prior to getting engaged, I always knew I was going to have a massive wedding due to my huge Filipino family (at least 100 people on both sides). I also knew I needed to hire someone to help me plan the big day.
After meeting with Janice a few times, we knew she was the one to fulfill that role. She is the most detail-oriented person I've ever met. She has a great memory. She's also extremely experienced in the wedding industry and it clearly shows. All of these qualities about her helped form my dream wedding into reality when the big day arrived.
I was very particular with what I wanted my wedding to be & she always kept our best interest at heart. From hiring the right vendors - to making sure we got the style we wanted, she made it happen.
Through out the planning process, Janice asked me questions that I never would have thought of -- such as preserving my bouquet. I didn't even know that existed & I'm glad she told me about it because now, I have a wonderful keepsake from my wedding.
She's also very organized. On the day of the wedding, she had everything printed out and laminated in a folder (the seating chart, list of people of the Wedding party, Ceremony details, timeline, etc.) Even my best friends and family were blown away with how great she and her team was.
Before the Ceremony, the Won Love Events team put all our decorations out. Guided the bridesmaids, groomsmen through out the day and made sure everything ran smoothly.
I don't think the day would not have been as smooth without them. There were a couple of hiccups with some of my vendors, but because the Won Love Events team is so experienced and prepared with back up plans, our wedding seemed flawless.
Working with Janice monthly leading up to the wedding was so fun. She treated me like family. I miss working with her already.
If you're looking to hire an amazing team, look no further. Won Love Events is the ONE. They will take care of you as if you're their own family and you won't regret it.
If I had another wedding (hopefully NOT LOL), but if I ever did....I would hire them again in a heartbeat. -

Janice is absolutely amazing! From start to finish, she was able to guide us as we made decisions that work best for us. She set us up with a dream team of vendors who all outdid themselves. Choosing Janice to be on our team for our wedding was easily the best choice. Not only does she help you get things done, she advocates for you in all things. I felt confident that my husband and I were in good hands and that someone was for us during the wedding planning process. Especially when hiring vendors, she helped me source some great ones when I didn’t know who to book. When I met Janice I didn’t know where I wanted to get married but I knew what elements I wanted in the venue. Janice sent me excellent choices and weultimately went with the venue choice of our dream! The venue was amazing and exceeded our expectations.
The Won Love team will work for you and help you you stay in line with what you had planned with in the beginning, including budget. Janice was easily accessible through email or phone, we had key meetings throughout that helped solidify the wedding planning.
On our wedding day, everything went seamlessly. My wedding was an absolute dream, everything from the decor, the placement of my special touches placed by Won Love was so special. I was so impressed with everything I wish I could relive the whole day. Janice treated us and those we worked with much respect and was so kind in all our interactions. She is knowledgeable in what questions to ask, a trait that is invaluable when booking a venue, vendors and more. Working with Janice was the best decision (after choosing to get married of course) that we ever made. Not only was Janice responsive, professional, kind, generous, and an absolute wedding pro, but she really went above and beyond for our elopement.
Some wedding planners would have likely passed on such a small elopement like ours because it requires less coordination than a large wedding with a ceremony and reception (and therefore less money). However, no wedding was too small for Janice to take on. I could tell the moment I spoke with her that she loves what she does, and that is why we chose her. In fact, after one phone call, I ended up also asking her to officiate our ceremony because I couldn’t imagine anyone else doing it.
I am not from California, but my fiance’s family lives in the San Diego area. We wanted to elope at Torrey Pines Nature Reserve, but I was overwhelmed with the process of permits, coordination with vendors, and choosing the PERFECT spot out of so many trails. Before our elopement, Janice went to Torrey Pines Nature Reserve to walk the trails and sent me pictures of the different locations that were private for a ceremony. I cannot tell you the relief that I felt that she was willing to do this for me, when I couldn’t do this myself.
As an officiant Janice made sure the ceremony was exactly what we were hoping for, and she delivered. Janice made our big day incredible. Thank you Janice. Leaving a positive review is the least we could do after everything you’ve done for us.

Do yourself a favor and hire Janice!
We can’t even begin to put into words how big of an impact Janice made on us and our wedding. We hired her a month out from our wedding since we started to get worried on who and how we were going to set up all our personal items and tableware. We had to significantly reduce our guest count due to COVID and we wanted all our guests attending to enjoy the wedding and not worry about the setup/teardown. From the first call, we instantly knew how professional and knowledgeable Janice was based on the questions she asked. She was always available by phone and email, and ensured we were kept in the loop in communication towards our vendors. We made most of the signage and tableware items ourselves, so we really put Janice and her team to work. Janice has a huge network within the community and was able to secure our arch and sweetheart table at a very affordable cost.
On our wedding day, everything was set up exactly to our expectation and vision. My wife and I were never stressed or hungry. Janice went out of her way to ensure we were fed, always had a cocktail in hand, and kept the wedding night flowing. We got a lot of compliments from our guests as she even checked on them throughout the night. When there was a small timeline change, she quickly checked with us before informing the rest of the vendors to ensure a smooth transition.
I would recommend Janice in a heartbeat to anyone that is looking for a coordinator or are on the fence. I can say without a doubt that our wedding would not have been the same without her. She showed us so much love before, on, and after our wedding!

I had the great pleasure of working with Janice on an event in October of 2019. It was a fundraiser for her kids' school. I was the DJ and also provided the photo booth. When I saw how large this event was, and how well run it was, I was simply amazed. She had the whole night running like a finely tuned engine. I know many of the guests commented on how this was the best fundraiser their school has ever had.
