Andrea is an absolute wedding SUPERHERO! Her seamless organization behind the scenes made our wedding day the absolute best of our lives. Initially unaware of the multitude of details she handled, we were amazed at how flawlessly everything fell into place.
Andrea embodies qualities that are a rare find in the chaos of wedding planning – stoic yet compassionate, decisive yet kind, and above all, incredibly calm under pressure. It's evident that this job was tailor-made for her, as she effortlessly managed every aspect, putting us at ease throughout the entire process.
We can't thank Andrea enough for her invaluable contribution to making our wedding day an absolute dream come true. Andrea did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a little help making their day special! Our ceremony and reception spaces were at different locations, so we trusted her to help meet with the vendors and set up the reception space while we were enjoying our ceremony. She went above and beyond and helped us achieve our vision! She was available to answer questions that came up during the planning process as well. She was professional, caring, detail-oriented, and I could not recommend her enough!! If you are questioning if you need to hire a day-of coordinator or not, take my advice and hire her to ease some of your stress and help you enjoy your day even more! -

If you are considering hiring a day-of-coordinator to execute your vision and take the lead on your wedding, do whatever it takes to hire Andrea. Being someone who has a hard time letting someone else execute, I had 100% confidence in Andrea's ability to run the show on the biggest big of my life. She's incredibly calm, cool, and collected in every sense. Andrea comes fully prepared to handle vendors, set up needs, emergencies that may arise (without you even knowing about it), and orchestrates the day flawlessly. She communicates with not only vendors but members of the bridal party so everyone is on the same page as well. She is truly a master of her craft and I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants to be able to fully enjoy and soak up every moment of their wedding day. -

I can only imagine how crazy I seemed to my bridesmaids and mom, so relinquishing all control and responsibility to making sure my vision came to life on the day of my wedding was something I thought would be extremely difficult for me. But on the day of your wedding, there is so much going on and all the while you are supposed to be getting your hair and makeup done - there is no time for you (the bride) to run around lighting candles and making sure the flowers are set up just perfectly. Andrea was amazing. She is so very organized and made sure all the T's were crossed and all the I's were dotted. She made checklists and notes and reviewed every single aspect of what I could not finish so that she could take care of it all the day of the wedding. She spoke with me and really understood what my vision was, because all the final touches were all Andrea. I can not begin to say how glad I am that my mother-in-law gifted not just any day-of coordinator, but she gifted me Andrea. WHAT A FIND!!!! Nothing makes me crazier than trying to get a group of people to listen to you (during the rehearsal dinner) and no one wants to pay attention. Andrea was so great at that. She kept us all on track and worked so well with our minister so that he could say what he needed and that everyone knew exactly what they were supposed to be doing. If I didn't have her, everything would have been a fiasco. She gave suggestions without being pushy on the things I was not sure of, like how to drape the fabric on the tree for our ceremony or helping us work through the flow of the music ques or when to cut the cake. She worked with the florist on what they can do with extra greenery or flowers and added a little bit of extra flare to our card and guest book table. Our day was so seamless and PERFECT, I still can't believe it. Thank you SO much Andrea!
